Conheço a Lygia há um bom tempo. Desde quando ela já amava o trabalho, mas vivia estressada e nem sempre se lembrava de respirar. Tenho orgulho de dizer que fui uma de suas “ajudantes” nessa tarefa de lembrar que respirar faz parte da vida (risos).
A Lygia vem da área de comunicação e sempre fez um trabalho brilhante, mas de um tempo pra cá descobriu outra vocação ainda mais maravilhosa e teve a coragem de seguir seu coração. Decidiu que precisava ser mais feliz no trabalho e não só fez a mudança que precisava fazer como hoje ajuda muita gente que também que quer ser feliz no trabalho e faz isso muito bem feito, como tudo que se compromete a fazer.
